Orders placed for the print-on -demand option will vary depending on the order quantity and preparation duration with FEAR THE SHADOW designer.
After the order is prepared, it will be delivered in 1 - 2 business days within Qatar, and 5 to 14 business days for international shipments, depending on the logistic carrier.
You can track and place your order through your registered QUAKE account.
A delivery notification will be sent via email, as well as via the mobile number you have provided while ordering.
Within Qatar, the driver will contact you to ask for the location of the delivery on the delivery d-day.
FEAR THE SHADOW custom-made orders will vary their duration of shipment depending of the quantity and the complexity of the design.
Orders can take 2 - 5 business days to process and pack. This time is separate from the actual shipping time.
To ensure delivery of your order, please input your information and address in English.
We cannot make any changes to your order once it has been placed and/or during the delivery. Please ensure all your information are correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for any mistakes in addresses you input. You must enter your shipping and billing address in English to ensure delivery of your order.

We do not accept any returns for any orders for which QUAKE products have been used.
Damaged or incorrect sizes will be considered to change to available items and sizes.
Returns must be made within 24 hours after you received the order or your order won't be refunded or returned.
International returns can be made 3 days after you received your order.
International shipment returns should be paid by the customer.
If any order is not delivered after you have been notified of the delivery, or the delivery is delayed or lost, contact firstname.lastname@example.org to file a claim within 3 days.
QUAKE does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier after 2 days. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped.
International orders are shipped via ARAMEX, DHL, or any equivalent service. These are typically delivered within 7-14 business days from the date that it is shipped, depending on your country and selected delivery service.
We ship all international orders DDU which means you may have to pay duty fees depending on your country. We are not responsible for any duty fees you may incur.
You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by QUAKE
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
QUAKE is a Qatar based company, therefore, international clients have to make sure Qatar based products are authorised entering the country they intend QUAKE product to be delivered to them. QUAKE is not therefore responsible of the seizing of clients order by customs final destination of the order.
